1. Steel Grating Platform Installation
1.1 Numbering of drawings
The drawing number consists of two parts: work order number, drawing number labeling example: 1082-04
Note: It can be marked according to customer drawing number requirements.
1.2 Steel grid plate number
The number of steel grid plate is composed of two parts: the drawing number and the example of the steel grid plate number: 13—08
Note: ① The number of the steel grid plate is embossed on the side of the edge plate of each steel grid plate for easy identification and assembly according to the figure.
② The serial number of the steel grating is marked on each steel grating on the drawing.
③ The number can be marked according to customer requirements.
1.3 Steel Grating Packaging
The steel grating is basically packed according to each drawing number and each platform. Easy to install. Attach the drawings, packing list, quality certificate and other information of the steel grid when shipping or mail the information directly to the consignee. The consignee must confirm the receipt of the above information before unpacking. To ensure proper installation.
1.4 Correct positioning of steel grating
1.4.1: Before installing the steel grating, first confirm whether the installation of the steel structure meets the design requirements.
1.4.2: The position of the steel grating must be laid according to the elevation and number required by the drawing. Check in seat for accurate positioning.
1.1.3: Positions between steel grids and edges
1.4.4: Both ends of the flat steel plate under load must be supported on a steel beam or other support frame, and the overlap length of each end is not less than 25mm.
1.1.5: The distance between the two steel gratings is usually 10mm. During installation, appropriate adjustments should be made according to the requirements of the drawings and the actual situation on site.
Under the premise of ensuring 1.4.4, the minimum installation distance should meet the following requirements: the distance between the steel grid plates is 3mm, and the distance between the steel grid plates and adjacent structures is 10mm.
1.5 Steel grid plate installation
Please read the drawings and packing list carefully before installation, and then unpack according to the drawings and packing list. If you do not read the drawings and packing list beforehand, unpack the packaging at will.
Responsibility for causing confusion or arbitrary cutting at the site is not the responsibility of the supplier.
The steel grid plate is installed according to the steel structure flat plate component. After installation, it cannot be moved horizontally or detached from the support frame. There are mainly two methods: welding installation and special installation clip installation. Fixed steel grating.
1.5.1: Welding Installation Weld the steel grid plate to the supporting beam to form a strong permanent connection.
① Before welding, the zinc layer, paint, rust, oil and water on the surface of the supporting steel beam and steel grid must be cleaned.
② Use segment welding, and the length of the weld is not less than 25mm. The fillet height is not less than 5mm, and it is welded on the side of the flat steel plate bearing the flat steel. For the number of welds, see the number of installation clamps below.
③ After welding, remove welding slag and spatter, and apply two zinc-rich paints by hand.
1.5.2: Installation clip installation
220.127.116.11: Fasten the steel grid plate to the supporting beam with mounting clips. In principle, each steel grid plate (about 1 square meter) should have no less than four sets of mounting clips. At the four corners, if the steel slab is longer and there is a supporting beam in the middle, the mounting clips can be configured as follows.

18.104.22.168: The specific installation positions of the parts of the mounting clamp (including: upper clamp, lower clamp, bolts, nuts, spring washers) are shown in Figure 1.
22.214.171.124: The installation steps of the mounting clip take type III mounting clips as an example. This type of Tiancheng brand mounting clip can securely and reliably fasten all types of steel gratings to the support beam. Only use a screwdriver. On the platform, one person can complete it independently, and the operation is fast and safe.
① First assemble the mounting clip as shown in Figure A in Figure 1 of the accompanying drawings.
② Pass the lower clamp through the steel flat plate steel, and the upper clamp remains on the steel grid flat steel.
③ Use a screwdriver to lower the lower clamp under the flange of the support beam.
④Lift the upper clamp and use the nut to locate it in the grooves of the lower clamp. The shoulder of the lower clamp is joined to the flat steel.
⑤ Tighten the bolts with a screwdriver until the upper and lower clamps securely fasten the steel grid plate to the supporting beam. The tightening torque is 17 ~ 20N · M. If you use a "T" screwdriver to tighten the clamp, the effect is better, as shown in Figures B and C of Figure 1.
⑥ The main method of I-type and I-type installation clip installation is similar to I-type.
1.5.3: Once the steel grating is placed on the beam, it should be solidified immediately (welding or installation clamps) to avoid displacement of the steel grating and cause safety accidents.
Note: Which installation method is used is determined by the customer according to the needs of the site. The installation clip can be provided by the supplier according to the customer's requirements.
1.6 After the steel grid plate is installed, the user should pay attention to maintenance and maintenance. If the installation clamp is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time.
2. Step board installation
2.1 Ensure that the dimensional tolerances and installation of the inclined beam of the steel ladder meet the requirements of the design code.
2.2 The height of the step board and the horizontal distance must be accurately positioned according to the design requirements.
2.3 There are two ways to fasten the step board:
2.3.1: Tighten bolts and nuts, see Figure 3.
2.3.2: Welding and fastening.
① Before welding, the zinc layer, paint, rust, oil and water on the surface of the steel ladder oblique beam and step board must be cleaned.
② Install step board T1. At T3, if the gap between the step board and the steel ladder is large, it should be filled with thin steel plates and welded symmetrically at both ends in order. Welding seam continuous welded edge-wrapped flat steel with a fillet height of not less than 5ram

③ The user must install in strict accordance with this instruction and related drawings. Otherwise, the supplier is not responsible for the consequences.
● Weld the steel grid or step board directly to the supporting steel structure, and brush the zinc-rich silver paint twice.
● It is installed with special mounting clips of Sanhe Steel Grating, which does not damage the galvanized layer and is easy to disassemble. Each set of mounting clips includes an upper clip, a lower clip, an M8 round head bolt and a nut.
● Fastening methods such as stainless steel mounting clips or bolt connections can be provided as required.
● The installation clearance of steel grating is generally 10mm.
● When installing, pay attention to the installation is firm and reliable. It should be checked frequently to prevent the installation clips from loosening and falling off. Steel grid plates near the vibration source are best welded or rubber pads.
